Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days from the time they are placed. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times:

Please note that unforeseen delays (such as holidays, customs processing, or courier disruptions) may impact shipping times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Returns & Exchanges
As all items are made-to-order and custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at artbymercynunez@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work to resolve it.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.
