Is shipping included?

Shipping is calculated at checkout as a flat rate based on your location. Subscribers in Germany enjoy a lower rate thanks to local postage costs.

Does La Cartita ship internationally?

Yes! I ship La Cartita worldwide. So no matter where you are, a little piece of joy can find its way to your mailbox.

What payment options are accepted?

You can subscribe using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Maestro and iDEAL cards unfortunately don’t support subscriptions yet, but if you only have these payment methods, you can still join through the subscription gift option (a one-time payment).

When will my letter be shipped?

La Cartita ships every Sunday!

Your envelope is mailed on the first Sunday after your subscription renews.
This means you never wait too long, no matter when you join or renew, your Cartita is always on its way.

Can I send La Cartita as a gift?

Absolutely! You can choose the subscription gift option for the EU or International and select how many months you’d like to gift. Each month, your loved one will receive their own surprise letter in the mail.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your customer portal, or just message me directly if you ever need help.

Can I return La Cartita?

No, you cannot return La Cartita because it is an individual product which is handmade for you and sent directly to your personal mailbox.
